HORTICULTURE/Urban Farming Pathway
Our unique Agricultural Science Pathway is a partnership with Long Beach City College.
Students engage in a pathway of dual-enrollment courses taught by a LBCC Professor, culminating with an LBCC Agriculture and Urban Farming Certificate, college credit, and of course, high school elective credit toward graduation.

Cohort 1 began in the Fall of 2023 with Basic Horticulture and Integrated Pest Management courses. These pioneers will also be hands-on with the design and building of our very own urban farm at Glenn!
Cohort 2 is accepting incoming 9th graders.
